If you love Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies then you are going to LOVE these chocolates.

There's just something about the combination of dark chocolate and mint that is SOOOO delicious. Instead of just smooth and creamy chocolate with some extra flavor, I combined a little cookie crunch to add some texture and it resulted in an amazing Thin Mint recreation!

Aren't these so beautiful? They could even be packaged nicely for a holiday gift.

What's better than a festive chocolate recipe that only takes 2 ingredients??? How about one that also tastes like a Girl Scout Thin Mint cookie... Yeah, they're my favorite Girl Scout cookie too and now you can have that amazing flavor in a crunchy chocolate you can quickly make right at home.

Mint Cookies n Cream Chocolates Recipe

INGREDIENTS
Nestle Winter morsels - 2 bags;
6 Oreo Cookies - Chocolate or Regular Filling.

Chocolate mold of choice

DIRECTIONS

PREPARING FOR YOUR CHOCOLATES

STEP 1: The Winter morsel mix has dark chocolate and mint flavored morsels. Separate the two flavors for both bags.

STEP 2: Crumble about 6 Oreo cookies.

STEP 3: Melt the green mint morsels and pour enough chocolate to fill the bottom of your mold. Set in your freezer for about 5 minutes or until firm.

*I prefer to use silicone molds because they are easy to use, versatile and very easy to clean.

STEP 4: Melt all of the dark chocolate.
Fold the crumbled oreo pieces into the melted chocolate.

STEP 5: Pull the mold out of the freezer and layer the chocolate and cookie mixture on top of the green mint chocolate. Place the mold back into the freezer until the entire chocolate has set.

Voila!
Once your chocolates are fully set (a.k.a. firm) you can "pop" them out of the mold and serve them.

These chocolates do not need to be refridgerated.

These are great for a personal snack, holiday party dish or special gift.

Enjoy!
